N'OTICEIS HERE BY GIVEN that the COPARTNERSHIP hitherto carried on by Jeremiah Jones, Frederick William Eicke, and William Mardon, as auctioneers, commission agents, and publicans, at Christchui eh, and by Jeremiah Jones, Edward McGlashan, Frederick William Eicke, and William Mardon, as auctioneers and commission agents at Hokitika, in the Province of Canterbury, under the style or firm of " Jones, McGlashan and Company," has been DISSOLVED by mutual consent as from the twentieth day of June last so far as regards the said Frederick William Eicke. The business of the said co-partnership will in future be carried on at Christchurch by the said Jeremiah Jones and William Mardon, and at Hokitika by the said Edward McGlashan, Jeremiah Jones, and William Mardon, under the said stylo or firm of " Jones, McGlashan, and Company." All money 8 owing to, and payable by, the late firm will be received and paid at Christchurch by the said William Mardon, and at Hokitika by the said Jeremiah Jones.
