The number of insertions required must be stated in writing upon every advertisement, or it will be inserted daily until countermandedand charged accordingly. All orders to with draw advertisements most be in writing. The following are the only persons who are authorised to collect debts and to give receipts on behalf of the proprietor of the Pbbss :— Mr C. B. Lavbndeb, at Christchureb. Mr J. Qopdaeo, at Lyttelton Mr J. L. Wilsos, at Kaiapoi.
