WILSON & ALPORT have received instructions from the Owners of the property to sell by public auction, at thenOffices, High street, Christchurch, on MONDAY, MAY 13, This valuable and important extension of Christchurch. The property is a portion of Rural Section No. 79, immediately adjoining the Christchurch Railway-station. It has been divided into sections, each containing about onequarter of an acre, and is intersected by streets oi the full width of 66 feet. This very desirable property having been long reserved, is now offered for sale in consequence of the near completion of the Moorbouse tunnel, and the increased demand for building and business sites convenient to the Dhristchurch Railway-station. Many of the sections are exceedingly valuable for such business purposes as the erection of bonded stores, goods sheds, merchants' warehouses and offices, &c, and also for the residences of those who may find it convenient to live near the Railway-station at Ohrietchurch. Lithographed plans of the property and all other particulars may be obtained on application at the offices of the Auctioneers. The terms of payment are exceedingly liberal, viz.:— One-fifth cash, one-fifth in twelve months, the remainder at any time prithin three years.
