UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE the Provincial Government will provide Free Passages for Single Women between the ages of fifteen and thirty} and in tho caee of grown-up families, the parents and eons will be allowed assistance to the extent of one-half the passage money if the other half is paid before embarkation, or if preferred to the p£« tent of one-third, the other two-thirds being scoured by bills given by friends in this province.
