UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE the Provincial Government will provide Free Passages for Single Women between the ages of fifteen and thirty ; and in the case of grown-up families, the parents and sons will be allowed assistance to the extent of one-half tbe passage money if tbe other half is paid before embarkation, or if preferred to the extent of one-third, the other two-thirds being scoured by bills given by friends in this province.
