Shippers are requested to pass their entries and take out bills of lading on or before the 4th, to enable tbe ship to clear at the Customs on the sth. Passengers to embark on the morning of the 6th. Twenty cubic feet of luggage allowed for first class, or fifteen oubio feet second class. Passengers for the Rakaia to proceed by the Company's leaving Lyttelton on April 6. CLIPPER SHIP MATOAKA, Is now receiving grain, flour, Ac., for London, at an easy rate of freight. If desired by shippers who do not wish to provide themselves with tanks, a bulkhead will be fitted np for the reception of the grain, &c., either in bulk or bags. The Matoaka being a wooden ship, will not sweat the grain. Early application must be made in order to make the necessary arrangements.
