BARNARD has received instructions from the Stewards of the Christchurch Grand Provincial Steeplechase to sell by unreserved auction, in the Repository, at 12 o'clock, on Saturday next: — Two sites for refreshments under the Grand Stand, each 30 x 30 feet, substantially erected and fitted up.
