AIKMAN & WILSON have received instructions to sell by auction on the ground at Kaiapoi, Friday, June 2, at 12 o'clock, Burton Farm, now in the occupation of Mr. C. A. Lock, consisting of 50 acres, divided into three paddocks, securely fenced with pigproof fence. The whole is laid down to English grass. Together with Stock, as follows : 60 breeding sows and store pigs 2 well bred boars 10 tons of prime hay 2 cwt. of linseed 200 first-class fruit trees, 1, 2 and 3 years grafted 5000 feet slabs 500 posts and rails 60 cords of firewood Quantity of heavy stockyard posts and rails And sundry other things.
