CHBiSTCHTniCH—May 23. [Before C. C. Boweh, Esq., R.M.] J. C. Drake and — O'Donnell, charged with being drunk and disorderly, were fined, the former 20s. and the latter ss. ■* The following debt cases were disposed of:— Martin v Bain—£3 15s. Judgment for defendant with costs. De Troy v Nicholson—£s. Judgment for £3 6s. Bd. Nicholson v Peacock—£3 15s. 9d. Judgment for 4s. lid. and costs. Judgment for the full amount claimed and costs was obtained in the following cases:— Johnson v Clements —£14 ss. 6d. Gillaspie v Clements—£lo 13s. Nicholson v McCullock—£ll6s. lid. Brown and Co. v Pepperell—£3 is. 3d. Same v Atkinson—£l2s. 6d. Same v Hawkins—lss. Same v Grooveß—£ll7s. 6d. Jones v South—£3. Nathan and Co. v Millington —£7 13s. sd. Hinton v East—£2. Beverly v Berry—£2. Wheeler v Coleman—£6. Raphael v Cunningham—£lo. Same v Kerr—£2o. Same v Hart—£l4 18s. Nicholson v Sheridan—£l9 7s. 9d. Morgan v Seymour—£7 17s.
