Wakefield, Esq., to sell by PUBLIC AUCTION, on the abore day, on the ground, the valuable free* hold property known as PEEBSWICK, Containing 100 acres (more or less) of rich land, situated close to Biccarton Church, and near the first station of the Great Southern Boil way. This valuable property is divided into seven pad* docks, richly grassed and well fenced, in sections from five to 40 acres, with all necessary improvements, having frontages on the Biccarton road, on the Bacecourse road, and also on'the Accommodation road leading to Fendalltown and Papanui road. The section No. 56 will be submitted as a whole at an upset price.
