Wakefield, Esq., to sell by PUBLIC AUCTION, on the above day, on the ground, the valuable freehold property known as PEERSWICK, Containing 100 acres (more or less) of rich land, situated close to Riccarton Church, and near the first station of the Great Southern Railway. This valuable property is divided into seven paddocks, richly grassed and well fenced, in sections from five to 40 acres, with all necessary improvements, having frontages on the Riccarton road, on the Racecourse road, and also on'the Accommodation road leading to Fendalltown and Papanui road. The section No. 56 will be submitted as a whole at an upset price.
