John Williams was charged with being drunk and incapable. It being his fits! offence, he was di»charged with » caution. JLoaae •gainst Wm. Moorhoase. by Elizabeth MooTTOuse, for wife desertion, was dismissed.' Elizabeth Moorhouse, the plaintiff in the former case, was charged with perjury, and remanded until Monday, for the production of witnesses.
