Dbapbbs' Easly Closing Association. 10-12 NOTICE IS HEBEBY GIVEN that William George Cooper Jones of Christchurch in the province of Canterbury hotel-keeper has by deed of conveyance and assignment bearing date tho tenth day of October instant and made between the said William George Cooper Jones of the first part James Drummond Macpherson of Christchurch aforesaid merchant and Henry Matson of Christchurch aforesaid merchant of the second part and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and all being severally creditors in their own right or in co-partnership or being agents or attorneys of creditors of the said William George Cooper Jones of the third part conveyed and assigned all and singular the freehold land hereditaments goods chattels credits and other debts personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him the said William George Cooper Jones or to which he the said William George Cooper Jones or any person or persons in trust for him was or were possessed or entitled unto the said James Drummond Macpherson and Henry Matson in trust for all the creditors of the said William George Cooper Jones. And notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said William George Cooper Jones, at the office of W. S.
