In the matter of the Debtors and Creditor's Act 1862 ; and In the matter of the petition of John Manning, late of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, but now of Kaiapoi in the said province, saddler and harness maker, a debtor not in custody. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named i John Manning will be held at the Chambers of the Undersigned in Cathedral Square, in the City of Christchurch, on Saturday the sth day of December next at Eleven o'Clock in the forenoon for the purpose of recommending one or more proper person or persons to be appointed Trustee or Trustees of the estate of the said John Manning, and that no person shall be entitled to vote or take a part in any proceeding at said meeting, unless and until he shall have duly proved a debt or claim against the said estate to an amount exceeding Ten pounds.
