WnEREAS it has this day been proved to tho satisfaction of us, tho undersigned, being three of her Majesty's Justices of tho Peace, acting in and for the colony of Now Zealand, and sitting at the Resident 'Magistrate's Court at Christchurch, in the said Province and Colony, that one Mary Ann Robertson, of Christchurch, who is described at the foot of this notice, has become on habitual drunkard, and is injuring her health by excessive drinking, we hereby, under the provisions of the thirty-third clause of tho Public House Ordinance, 18G2, givo notico thafr we prohibit nil persons from supplying tho said Mary Ann Robertson with any spirituous or fermented liquor whatever, for tho space of two yours from the date hereof: And wo also givo notice that any person who shall knowingly supply or cause to bo supplied to tho said Mary Ann Robertson ony spirituous or fermented liquor whatever during the space of two years from tho date hereof is liable to a penalty of Twenty Pounds (£2O) sterling, or to bo imprisoned with or without hard labor for the term of three calendar months.
