The township is situated within sight of these and is surrounded by a largo and rapidly improving agricultural dirtrict. Tho Hotel will also be speedily enlarged for tho better accommodation of the visitors who aro already repairing to thie healthy spot for tho benefit of then , health. Tho prices realised at auction, by Messrs. Aiknmn and Wilson, ranging from £12 10s. to £22, aro a good proof of the value of tho site, being bought by parties who well know tho place. A great many sections having. been sold privately since the sale by auction, tho proprietor has decided to sell the remaining sections that aro laid out, all by private eulo, at £12 10s. per quarter-aero.
