OLLIVIER and SON will sell, -vTA absolutely without reserve, that magnificent property entitled THE SPRINGS ESTATE, consisting of the following lots :— Lot I.—The Springe Run, of about 5,000 acres, including 1500 acres of pre-emptive right, covering both sides of tho South Roud near Weeden's, the Homestead preemptive right of 250 acres, together with the house, well stocked garden, cottage, dairy, stables, stoekyurds and sheds, six paddocks, well fenced, of wliich about 60 acres are laid down in good English past arcs. A beautiful stream of wuter rising in the Springs runs tlirough the centre of the property. Lot 2.—Section 2937, consisting of 150 acres of remarkably rich land immediately behind and adjoining the pre-emptive right lot 1.
