Thi9 valuable property hitherto reserved from sale is now offered for public competition at the upset price of— £25 per quarter-acre for allotments fronting on the Forry-road. £20 per quarter-aero for allotments fronting on the private road intersecting the estate. I The allotments are of convenient size for suburban residences containing from one quarter-acre to one acre each. The ground is the most valuable for building purposes, having largo frontages on iho main road.
