Edgecumbe Cards The fortnightly 500 evening was held in the Edgecumbe schocd on Tuesday. Winners were: Women, Mrs Andrews; men, Mr E. Lane. Should this approval not be given, it is proposed that a steam .pipe be taken to the maternity annexe, with a branch to the domestic quarters. The works committee intends to discuss the feasibility qf converting the steam system to oil fuel consumption.
