Ohope Dance And Social
A large crowd attended a successful social and dance conducted by the Ohope Women’s Institute in the Captain’s Cabin, Ohope. Music for several dances was provided by the St. Andrew’s Pipe Band and songs were sung by Messrs P. H. Barr and S. Wells.
A Mexican monte carlo caused much amusement and it was won by Miss M. Webb and M. L. Russell. Mr and Mrs Dixon won a spot waltz. Thq next function is to be conducted by the Ohope Light Horse Club.
