FANCY DRESS BALL

OTAKIRI SCHOOL FUNCTION

A COLOURFUL PARADE A colourful parade of children assembled for the Fancy Dress Ball, which was sponsored by the.Otakiri School. The various costumes worn displayed originality and detail, and the majority were remarkably well made. The winning costumes were judged as under:— Seniors Most Original: Betty Haslam, Peter Withy. Best Fancy Dress: Cath Blair, Joe Tutaki. Juniors Most Original: V. Peck, G. Thomas Best Fancy Dress: C. Ranson, M. Hickey.
