Letters and Letter Cards Inland: 2d for. first ounce or fraction thereof and Id for each additional half-ounce or fraction thereof. Inland Air Mail: 3d each hall ounce. Special Rate for Certain Parcels. Note: Parcels not more than 1 inch in thickness are charged the ordinary rate, but such parcels must not exceed the maximum measurement of 6 feet, length and girth combined.
