Centralisation In a discussion on the racing restrictions with owners and trainers in Auckland the president of the New Zealand Racing Conference, Mr H. R. Chalmers, said in respect to racing centralisation that the. interests of those clubs racing away from home would be protected by the conference, so that in due course they would be able to resume meetings on their own courses.
