ADDRESSES WANTED .

ENQUIRY BY CLUB OARSMEN ON SERVICE We have been handed the following letter by the secretary of the Whakatane. Rowing Club, who is sirous of discovering the whereabouts of ex-members who are now on service in the various war zones. The letter is self-explanatory. On behalf of the Whakatane Rowing Club, I wofild be glad if you would draw attention to this appeal to relatives and friends of past members of our club who are serving overseas. Recently, through generous public I support, we raised a considerable sum of money, most of which is to be, used in sending parcels to oarsmen in the fighting line. Unfortunately complete records of membership are not available, and we are anxious to receive as quickly as possible,, the names and full addresses of every past member of the club who is away, so that we can carry out our intention of sending parcels to them all. Anyone who can help us in this way is asked to communicate with me urgently. Yours etc., W. RIVETT, Club Captain.
