ADEQUATE FIRE PROTECTION
SUGGESTION BY MOTOR UNION
(P.A) Wellington, Nov. 17. Concern at the lack of adequate fire-fighting equipment where cars are parked in large numbers .at race meetings and shows was expressed bv the council of the North Island Motor Union. It was decided to suggest to fire brigades and underwriters' associations, counties and municipal associations that they take active steps to see that sumdent fire-fighting equipment is provided at all gatherings where there are large numbers of motor vehicles.
