Te Puke Golf Club
Provision For Summer Play

An offer «of a special concession to members of the Te Puke Golf Club should they decide to play summer golf at Mount Maunganui was received from the Mount Maunganui Golf Club at the annual meeting of the Te Puke club. The meeting decided to keep nine holes open on the Te Puke links throughout the summer this year. The annual subscription was increased by ss. The election of officers resulted: Patron. Mr J. Dickson: president, Mr J. Powdrell; vice-president, Mr R. McDougali: secretary, Mr R. Earp: club captain, Mr E. Bartram; handicapper, Mr A. Losan: Honorary auditor, Mr R. Gosling; honorary solicitor, Mr W. E. Hookey; committee, Messrs R. Hayes, T. Fenton and Drs Randell. Macallan (sitting members) and Messrs F. Waugh. P. Vcrschaffelt and W. Godinagh.
