Meeting At Lake Success Today

London, Jan. 20 In Delhi, the Asian conference On Indonesia set up a comittee consisting of Australia, Ceylon, India and Pakistan to draft a resolution for submission to the Security Council. A correspondent in Delhi says the resolution will cover five points. First, the Indonesian Republican Government should be given full liberty of action.

Second, all the territory held by the Republican Government before the Dutch police action should be returned to it and Dutch troops should be withdrawn from these areas,

Third, an interim Government for Indonesia should be set up. Fourth, arrangements should be made for elections for a Constituent Assembly and for the transfer -of power to a United States oi* Indonesia.

Fifth, the Security Council should set up a Commission to see that these recommendations are carried out.

At Lake Success the Security Council hds again postponed its meeting on Indonesia. The Council is now meeting tomorrow.
