(Inc.) i Til] RANG A BOROUGH COUNCIL WATER SUPPLY notice to all consumers NOTICE i's hereby given that owing j the heavy demands on the L-oiieh water supply and drought conditions it is the intention of the Tauranga Borough Council to strictly enforce the provisions of Tauranga Borough Bylaw No. 1 and Part XXI of The Municipal CorDurations Act 1933 and that any person infringing any of the said provisions will be prosecuted. r Tlie “ordinary supply" of water does not include the hosing or waterjpg of gardens and lawns. • That the available supply may lie utilised to the greatest possible advantage the council has zoned the Borough and areas in which water is • supplied from the Borough waterworks as follows: — Zone A: From South side of Morris Street to Courtney Road and Southern boundary of Borough. Zone B: From North side of Morns Street to South side of Third Avenue. Zone C; From North side of Third Avenue to Sulphur Point or Spit. Zone D; Areas outside the Borough including Gate Pa. Otumoetai, Judea, Cambridge Road, and Whareroa. Watering of gardens is permitted )y hose held in the hand in these Zones as follows: — Zone A: On Mondays and Thursdays only. Zone B: On Tuesdays and Fridays only. Zone C: On Wednesdays and Saturdays only. Zone D: On Sundays only. Compliance by all consumers with he above restriction is necessary itherwise the Council must in the nterest of all consumers and the ’ire Brigade strictly enforce the lylaws and prohibit hosing of iardens.
