VOTING COMPLETED IN FINLAND
NO INCIDENTS IN HELSINKI
ALLEGATIONS OF FORGED VOTING PAPERS

Voting has now ended in Uic General Election in Finland. The work of counting the votes will be started tonight. Earlier reports indicate there was a complete absence of incidents in Helsinki, the capital, but, says a correspondent, police in other parts of the country are looking into the allegations that a few of the voting papers were forgeries.
