PRIME MINISTERS’ CONFERENCE
AGREEMENT VOICED BY ME FRASER EXACT DATE NOT YET FIXED (P.A.) Wellington, June 30. Confirmation of Mr Attlee’s statement in the House of Commons that a Prime Ministers’ conference wa*s almost certain to bo held in sondon in October was given by- the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser today. “I, with other Prime Ministers of the Dominions, have been consulted by Mr Attlee as to the possibility of holding a conference at that time, and I have certainly agreed to attend a conference in October,” said Mr Fraser. “I only regret that it has not been possible to hold the conference any earlier.” Mr Fraser said he expected that the Prime Ministers of the other Dominions would also be able to attend in October, but it was not yet possible to give the exact date for the conference.
