INFRINGEMENT OF BY-LAW
Although notices have been erected calling owners’ attention to the by-lav/ prohibiting berthage at the Mount Maunganui jetties, they are still tying up their vessels there, according to advice given members at the monthly meeting of the Tauranga Harbour Board. The board approved a recommendation by the works committee that Constable H. G. Hodge should be requested to take action against owners who infringed the by-law.
