BOMBS THROWN AT CAR SECURITY MEASURES AT FUNERAL London, May 3. King Paul of the Hellenes, and the Greek Prime Minister, M. Sofoulis, with all his Cabinet today attended the State funeral in Athens of M. Christos Ladas, the Greek Minister of Justice, who died after bombs had been thrown at his car on Saturday.

Thousands of Athenians came to pay their last tribute to the dead minister, and stood silent as the funeral procession left the Cathedral after the service, and passed slowly through the streets to the burial place. Troops, and secret and uniformed police had been drafted into in case of disturbances. The Cathe-" dral Square was cordoned off and security officers mingled with the crowd, stopping to question a person here and there.
