POWER BOARD FOR ROTORUA
DETAILS PROPOSAL ANNOUNCED
(P.A.) Rotorua, April 27. Details cf the proposed power board in Rotorua in place of the existing Government authority were given to the Chamber of Commerce tonight by the president, Mr J. Talbot. He said a petition seeking" the formation of the board was now ready for circulation among residents. It was proposed that the board should have a membership of nine, two representing the Taupo county, three the Rotorua county and four the Rotorua borough.
