FIRST CLANDESTINE NEWSPAPER
APPEARANCE IN PRAGUE Prague, April 6. The first clandestine newspaper to be published in Prague since the end of the German occupation was circulating yesterday. It is called Prijdeme (We Are Coming) and promises to appear regularly every week. Its editorial invites all democrats to collaborate in restoring Masaryk’s Republic and tells those who receive the newspaper unexpectedly not to feel guilty. “It is not treasonable,” it states, “to promote the cause of truth or to combat inhuman Communist methods.”
