SAVING WHEAT FOR BRITAIN
IRISH OMELETTE Two pounds sliced cooked potatoes, 2oz cooked bacon, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, salt. Beat egg wtih milk. Place sliced potatoes in greased pie-dish and cover with parsley, chopped bacon and salt, add egg and milk, and bake in moderate oven 15-20 minutes.
