The volume of traffic and i narrowness of the road are 1 factors which warrant the tigfe control by our local officers, eliminate speeding and the tot unnecessary noise created by i muffled metal trucks. The la! nuisance sometimes starts as i as 5.45 a.m. and, on occasions,! tinues until early evening.-! ; etc.,
