WOMAN ATTACKED IN WELLINGTON
NOT SERIOUSLY INJURED
(P.A.) Wellington, Jan. 11. A woman was attacked and knocked to the ground at 10.30 o’clock last night in a lane running off Dixon Street, Wellington, into the back of a billiards room. She is Mrs I. McLaren, of Belfast Street, Wellington. . Her screams attracted several passers-by and her attacker made off quickly. Mrs McLaren was admitted to the Wellington Hospital with a swelling on her head, bne was discharged from the hospital today. -
