PRUSSIA CEASES TO EXIST
STATE DISSOLVED BY NEW ALLIED LAW London, Feb. 23. The State of Prussia is to be dissolved toy the terms of a draft law approved in Berlin to-day by a committee comprised of the four DeputyMilitary Governors. The law now goes to the Allied Control Council for approval. >
