RUSSIAN ARMY CELEBRATES
MARCH THROUGH BERLIN London, Feb. 23. To-day is Soviet Army day, and jt has been celebrated by Russian troops at home and in. the occupied countries. In Berlin thty marched through the squares to place wreaths on the .monument. Tonight the Russian commander in Germany is entertaining leaders of the other -big Powers at the palace at Potsdam.
