MILITARY CAMPAIGN PLANNED GUERRILLA LEADER'S LIFE THREATENED i London, Feb. 23. The leader of the Greek [National Party was to-day sworn in as Minister of Public Order. Preparations for an all-out military campaign against disorders are almost complete and operations are expected to begin in about three weeks' time. The United Nations Commission now investigating the frontier troubles in Greece have received a letter from a Macedonian deputy who threatens that he 'will kill the guerrilla leader in Northern Greece if he goes to Salonika 'to give evidence before the commission.

The deputy alleges that guerrillas were responsible for the death of his brother. Other Macedonian deputies too have protested and have, said that the presence of the guerrilla leader in '.Salonika will cause disturbances. It was a British Labour member of Parliament who passed on to the

commission the message from the guerrilla leader expressing his willingness to give evidence. .He signs himself as the commander-in-chief of the Democratic Army of Greece. The British official recently spent five days with the guerrilla band.
