ICE BRIDGE AT NIAGARA. — King Winter lifts a magic brush to paint the scenic view of the majestic falls at Niagara in its winter cloak. The International Bridge, linking Canada (left) with the United States (right) fast became a bridge of ice, as spray from the falls froze along the span during a particularly cold spell of weather experienced in the area during January.
