FRESH REPORTS DOUBTED Eombay, Sept. 22. Lahore was startled when the headquarters of the Indian National Army announced that a telegram had been received stating that Subhas Chandra Bose had arrived in Peshawar. The telegram was reported to have emanated from a re- 1 liable political source, but the Premier of the Punjab said he doubted its authenticity. ' • Bose, leader of the provisional Government which the Japanese attempted to create for India during the war, was said last week to be alive, wfiereas in August last year he was reported to have been killed in an air crash in Japan.
