DISTURBANCES IN INpiA Over Twenty People Assaulted Stabbing Affrays In Calcutta London, Sept. 23. At Calcutta more than. 20 people have been, stabbed or assaulted today in a new wave of Hindu-Moslem unrest. "Three of the victims died. / A Bengal Government spokesman said that more than 4600 arrests had been made since the beginning of the disturbances. There have also been more disturbances at Bombay.
