FOOD -POSITION IN INDIA Further Cut In Ration " Of Cereals Minister Broadcasts Warning London, Sept. 23. In a broadcast from New Delhi tonight the Food Minister in the Interim Government warned the people if India that there might be a further cut in the ration of cereals particularly rice. He said the failure of the main trop in India,'short allocations , and ile fail in the arrival of supplies ta.abroad combined with the diffitilties of transport in Siam and Java Tonld bring about a grave situation in the next two or three months.
