VATICAN DECISION
TO ESTABLISH A IIIEKAKCIIY IN CHINA Rome, May 25. The Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith announced that the Vatican has decided to establish a Catholic hierarchy in China, which has been divided into 20 ecclesiastical provinces, each with _a metropolitan archbishop under a decree promulgated on April 11 and published to-day. There will be 70 auxiliary bishops.
