To-day is (he fourth anniversary of the Anglo-Soviet alliance and i\lr Levin has sent this message to M. Molotov; — “I send you greetings on tills day. W& both realise that in the great difficulties that arise after such a great world war patience, toleration and understanding arc necessary. In order to arrive at complete understanding it is a great help t(j he fortified by the knowledge that our alliance springs from the desires, and interests of our peoples and it is my greatest wish that they should he entirely fulfilled and realised in our mutual relations.”
