DEATH PENALTY PRESCRIBED
EXPERIMENTS IN GERMANY Berlin, April 30. The death penalty is prescribed for serious violations of the new Allied Control Council larv banning German scientists from conducting any form of research. The decree specifically forbids applied nuclear physics, including atomic experiments, and also prohibits research into aerodynamics and rocket and jet propulsion.
