GREEK!
A correspondent with the' Forces in Greece sends me the following “report” on a vehicle damaged in collision; the author was the Greek driver concerned. But . . • while enjoying the humour of it, I suddenly wondered how many Englishmen could submit as presentable a report in Greek. The answer, I feel, would net be flattering! WHAT IS SICK WITH THE JEEP Exhaustion very damaged. Tin centrifugal mirrors also hurt. The driving system is dejected. The engine is working with braking off. The support of the spare wheel is absent. The electric lamps are not in good contact. The brake hand is unworkable. The piston rings arc very thin and the oil jumps up on the sparking plugs, once, twice three times and is unavailable. The spare wheel is unavailable. Generally in driving the car slips from the right hand. The counter which counts the speed and the temperature circle are outside of order. After collision of the Jeep the frame is wrong.
