WINNER OF D.F.C.
FLYING OFFICER K. D. SINCLAIR Sirs M. E. Sinclair, who is staying with her son, Mr N. Sinclair, of 33 Christopher Street, has just received advic ethat her son, Pilot Officer K. D. Sinclair, of the Royal New Zealand Air Force has been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. Pilot Officer Sinclair is an old boy of both the Tauranga and Te Puke District High Schools. After receiving a diploma at Massey College, he joined the staff of the Pay of Plenty Dairy Company at Te Puke, and he was chief tester when he joined the R.N.Z.A.F. three years ago. Pilot Officer Sinclair has just completed 3 5 flights over Germany in a Halifax bomber.
