ALLIED LEAFLETS
COLLECTOR SENT TO GAOL HIMMLER’S WARNING London. April 14. The German News Agency announced to-night that a German who had collected a number of leaflets dropped by Allied aircraft had been sentenced to three years" penal servitude.
He is said to have told his friends about the contents of the leaflets.
It was only two days ago that Gestapo Chief Himmler warned the Germans that those picking up these leaflets would face severe punishment..
